October 3, 200717 yr I certainly think the Royal Family is more than capable of assassinating one of its 'own', after all, Royals and Nobles have been literally slitting each others throats for centuries, but I have serious doubts that this is the case here... There's certainly far easier ways of making a murder look like an "accident" than taking a chance in the middle of Paris with the full glare of the media, too many variables, too many things to go t*ts up, I mean all she had to do to survive the supposed "attempt" was to wear a frigging seatbelt ffs.... HOWEVER, I do believe that there may have been plans to do away with her, but these plans became null and void when that "fortunate" accident took place, she was a thorn in the side of the Royal establishment and for her to marry a MUSLIM would certainly be something the establishment would not be able to stomach... So, yeh, it was an accident alright, but just one that saved the establishment from getting its hands actually dirty.....
