ALBUM PUSHED UP IN UK DUE TO DEMAND

Originally due to be released on November 12th, Britney Spears' comeback Blackout has been brought forward due to extraordinary public demand.

Not only this but Gimmie More has already gone straight in at Number 1 on US iTunes and is expected to sell a massive 150 thousand copies in its first week.

The name Blackout, refers to ‘blocking out negativity and embracing life fully

'Gimme More' is out VIA ITUNES on Monday the 15th of october and the album will be released on October 29th

Harriet Gibsone

What are her chances of being number 1 and knocking the sugbababes off the top spot?

PLEASE everyone SPREAD the word on every forum possible....this could be Britney's 6th UK number 1 and would smash all the critics in the face, we all need to download it on monday and even if you have it already just do it for her and her chart position

I reckon its a dead cert for number 1 next sunday

Top3 without a shadow of a doubt. Pray for #1 though, it would only add to some of the excellent #1's we've had this year, this year has been much better than 2006 as far as music goes. ^_^

Is GM getting a physical release still?

I like it ^_^

I can't wait,i wonder if she'll do the double and have a number 1 album and number 1 single at the same time
Will it beat Toxic, thats the real question! :o

I'm so glad I leave it an extra day before posting my Singles Chart Prediction Game thread  because of last minute changes like this, I will be very surprised if it is not UK#1 in 11 Days time.

At least it is a great track unlike Kylie's underwhelming new single....
