I remember reading somewhere about it and it was in the top 5 of most stressful things to do.

My day has been fine thanks. Had a good walk this afternoon.

I had a wonderful walk too.I went to Acropolis(dunno if you have heard about it) and then I had a walk in front of some little shops :D
