Posted May 7, 200619 yr Thanks to everyone that voted. I'll count down the 13 singles that were up for being voted for gradually. So let's see how we kick off at unlucky #13... 13. Slow (74pts) http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B0000E1O4C.02.LZZZZZZZ.jpg This was the lead single from her Body Language album, a #1 in October 2004 and you guys selected it as the lowest ranking of the lot! What a shame. ^_^ [flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v==eWtaGn9kg2U.swf
May 7, 200619 yr Author 12. Giving You Up (78.5pts) http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B0007PL84U.02.LZZZZZZZ.jpg In at 12th place, the second single from Kylie's Ultimate Kylie collection, was a #6 hit just over a year ago. Personally, this is one of my favourites and I think it deserved better. :( [flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v==NcXeGqdf6mc.swf Edited May 7, 200619 yr by Aly
May 7, 200619 yr I'd have put 'Giving You Up' last by a long way. Poor old 'Slow'. Grandwicky and I were singing its praises not long ago.
May 14, 200619 yr i think giving you up was kinda of a underated song, not really renembered by people
May 14, 200619 yr Author 11. Kids (With Robbie Williams) (79pts) http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B00004ZE9N.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg This may or may not be a surprise to some of you, but that classic collaboration, a #2 hit from 2000 is 11th in this rate. May 14, 200619 yr I'm surprised 'Kids' is that low because it's one of her biggest sellers of this era. Though with it being a duet, perhaps there just wasn't enough Kylie on it?
May 14, 200619 yr Author 10. Please Stay (79.5pts) http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B000054BFB.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg Funnily enough, landing at 10th place here was a single that reached #10 in the official singles chart! 'Please Stay' was the final single to be taken from the mesmerising Light Years album. [flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v==wcIzFLNah04.swf
May 14, 200619 yr I forgot about that one. It did quite well considering it only made #10. Perhaps the video - Kylie whoring around on a pool table - made people think more kindly of it than I do.
May 15, 200619 yr Author Funnily enough now, we have a joint 9th place... =9. Chocolate (80pts) http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B0002CHKYA.02.LZZZZZZZ.jpg 'Chocolate' was the final single to be taken from Body Language, and it reached #6 two years ago. :o It's my favourite single to be taken from that album, and the video is just amazing! [flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v==y4MNODQ3Ebs.swf =9. Come Into My World (80pts) http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/B00006RYLA.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg ... And this was the final single to be taken from the legendary Fever album, the single reached #8 in late 2002. [flash=450,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v==4kcaJ-SlYsE.swf
May 16, 200619 yr I wonder if Can't Get You Out Of My Head will be #1 in this poll? By the way you might to vote for Kylie's Can't Get You Out Of My Head in the Final 50 songs in the Record Of The Decade Final game. Click on link below.
