October 17, 200717 yr Look, I have to quote you... An easy group??? I support England more than I support my own country (croatia), and we are in the same group... So dont say that group is easy... Couse it's not... I am very very sad that England didnt win this one. And if they dont go t Euro, I dont know who will I support... But look, you did lost the game in Zagreb, and it was so stupid lost... I have to say that england's goalkeepers are are are are :manson: ... Have to no word for the way they play... :nocheer: :nocheer: :nocheer: Totally agreeded, in the game in Zagreb he only had to look at the ball when kicking it, but as he didn't it hit a divit and went in. And in the friendly against Germany, his goalkeeping was shocking.

October 17, 200717 yr That truth... I dont know, maybe it was bad luck... But YOU have to win vs. Croatia... And Rooney and Ferdinand wont be albe to play... :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: But you have to win.... And if my friends and family hear me say this, they'll lock me somewhere...
October 17, 200717 yr If Englad fail to qualify, then this commentary will be stuck in my head for a very long time :(. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GtF9tl5SLdA

October 17, 200717 yr What commentary??? Mine??? Ah well... The Sky Sports commentator in the clip in shock at the Robinson mis-kick that lead to the og :(. I've always liked the Croatia team :), during the 1998 world cup loads of people where I lived at the time were all wanting them to win after England were emininated! :D.
October 17, 200717 yr Yes, and my sister is not into football at all  So, that leaves me :smoke: And I'm still not sure for which team to cheer when the game is on :nocheer:
October 17, 200717 yr I've just watched the highlights on Sky Sports 1. Obviously I was at work while the game was on, but we was robbed. We were clearly the best side on the pitch. Ironically, we were far better than how we played at the weekend, or in either of the 3-0 victories over Israel & Russia. It was probably our best performance since flukely losing the friendly at home against Germany. How did Gerrard miss that sitter, how can anyone regard Robinson as Tottenham's let alone England's best goalkeeper. But most importantly, how in anybody's definition did Russia deserve a penalty, when the foul was nearly five yards outside the box. I wonder how much pocket money Roman Abramovich paid the referee. (Before you rubbish the idea remember what has very recently happened in Italian football, and if you honestly believe it is not happening in the Premiership, when the top 4 sides are getting the rub of the green with dodgy refereeing decisions time & again.) Personally I think there is more chance of having a drug free Olympic 100metres final, than football not being corrupt to the core. Why else does Football not have replays for key decisions when such antiquated sports like Rugby Union & Cricket have them?
October 17, 200717 yr As a Scot, I have just this to say: Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. (The difference between Scotland and England is that you were expected to qualify from your group. Even I said that Scotland didn't have a chance, and I'm normally optimistic.) time to find a Scottish relative and cheer them on :funky: Being Scottish, can I count? McLaren 'cant fault the players'. That means its all his fault then  Yup. I've always wondered what the FA were doing when they appointed him manager - he wasn't even that great at Middlesbrough. Anyway, Russia are Asian <_< They're more European than Israel can even claim.
October 17, 200717 yr Germany 0-2 Czech Republic! :o. I honestly don't want to see either team lose this.
October 17, 200717 yr Liechenstein look to get their second win, maybe the first time this has happened in a qualifying group?.
October 17, 200717 yr Yes, and my sister is not into football at all  So, that leaves me :smoke: And I'm still not sure for which team to cheer when the game is on :nocheer: Yeah I know... She is music freak only... For England... Com'on... I can't be the only croatian who will support England... :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
October 17, 200717 yr Yeah I know... She is music freak only... For England... Com'on... I can't be the only croatian who will support England... :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: I think you're right  but psssst don't mention it to anyone  :cheer: :cheer:
October 17, 200717 yr http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luzhniki_Stadium Looks like the Champions Leauge final will be held at the stadium, and is also a 5 star stadia despite the "plastic pitch".
October 17, 200717 yr Greece are through as will Romania if the scores stay the same. Norway look set to win, and set up a showdown with Turkey for the last slot in the group.

Yes that real green stuff! They only put in that plastic pitch for England. The pitch people even offered to put down grass after all the media pressure, but the Russians declined.
