He's been performing this on his American tour for quite a while but this is his first TV performance on Carson Daly's show 'Last Call' His strongest and most Smiths-esque in quite a long while. This HAS to be the lead single from a new album I think and it HAS to be #1, McFly tactcis would be useful :D

I watched it on your myspace bulletin, very good track.

Definately a future Top 10 hit, hopefully Top 5.

Whens his next CD due?

I've been aware of this track since July when he started performing it live.

It is already a highlight of his shows, and is surely a potential UK#1 if released in a fairly quiet week.

As for his next album it is entirely written and he is apparently recording it in January & February 2008 with Tony Visconti again producing, with the plan to release it in the second half of 2008 and he is rumoured to be re-signing to Warner Bros who own the Smiths back catalogue.

hmm.... it's ok - although, it does gall me that this most British of artists seems so entrenched in Americanism these past few years....

The song's no Irish Blood English Heart or November Spawned a Monster - but it's ok.... if only he'd stop releasing the wrong singles off his albums, maybe he'd get that elusive number one slot....

Has anyone else noticed his bracelet slipping off when he starts clapping toward the end? He makes a grab for it just as the song ends if you notice :D

I really like this! :o Always been a fan, though I prefer The Smiths to Morrissey's solo works.
