I've finally decided to try and enter. It all seems so complicated to me but i'll give it a try.

Hey, and welcome from Lievant! It's based upon the ESC, so if you watch it, then you'll be familar with a lot of this. Firstly, you'll need a country name, capital city and a flag. Every month or so, there's a new BJSC in whcih the events are usually like this:

 

Reservation thread (you reserve the artists you want to use, no-one else can use those artists while they are reserved)

 

Confirmation thread (usually a week after the reservation threa opens, you confirm the song you are sending to the contest)

 

Semi Final thread (after a week the songs (exc. the auto-qualifiers) go into two semi finals in which the top 14-odd qualify into the final. Each country votes for 10 amount of songs in their semi final, giving them 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and finally 1 point(s).)

 

Final thread (all of the qualifing songs are voted for here, using the same numbering for the semis).

 

That's the essentials, other than that, it's looked down upon to use 'cheap' songs, ie songs that are currently charting well, or by artists that have a significant fan-base on Buzzjack.

Then make your own national thread called "Johnopia National Thread", then go here and add artists that you want to reserve for XIX ;)
