FRONT PAGE OF THE DAILY BHANG

Following November's #4 finish in Boki Town, Bhangra slumped to a disappointing 20th from 24 countries in last night's BuzzJack Song Contest. Following the show, Enya commented, "it was a poor finish, but there were so many good songs, and overall the results were pretty close, so y'know, I'm alright about it." Enya's low position means Bhangra will have to go through the semi-finals in January, however the general mood is optimistic in the Bhangra camp, with big names such as Jewel and Imogen Heap floating around. Mike Oldfield has also stated he may be interested in taking part again.

Bhang television has announced the participant and song for the sixth BuzzJack Song Contest.

In a change to what has been sent by Bhangra so far, May will see the country go dance for the first time, sending Fragma's 'Toca's Miracle'.

Bhangra may have to participate in the semi finalin Eledan, following the disappointing finish last month from the Revelations.

Daveeed :o

the 2000 or the 2008 remix :P despite it being one of my best songs EVER, I don't usually give high points to songs that are so famous

The 2000 one. I am totally in love with it atm, and as four of my past five entries have been relatively unknown to the BJSC voters, I thought I'd go for a well known one. ^_^
So we will going to Bhangra again :P

Serebro give their all as odds rocket at LadBhang

Following their interview earlier - the tensions of which have quickly become ringtone sensations in Kopecka and Bhangra - Serebro gave their best tour performance yet on the PepsiBhang Stage to thousands of their Bhangran fans. The interview earlier coincided with rumours that a combination of tensions within the band and failing vocals on Elena's part are the reason behind a mass rescheduling of the promotional tour in order for the band to take the Bank Holiday weekend off. Odds at LadBhang have placed Serebro as 2nd favourites to win the competition in Feethoo on May 11th behind Fragma, leading many pundits within Kopecka to predict that Serebro may be unbeatable in the upcoming contest.
