I'm glad I stumbled across this song because I had been planning to enter a song currently in the US iTunes top 50 by somebody related to a TV talent show (cryptic clue) but then decided that it probably would flop hugely :lol: not that I'm assuming this will do amazingly well, just that it will likely do better than the ballad that I had lined up :heehee:

An interesting choice with Pixie, to be honest I think it is more Natasha Beddingfield produced by RedOne than Lady GaGa but I suspect it is a fairly safe, yet non cheap selection that should guarantee a Top 10 finish.

It's certainly safe, although I haven't sent anyhthing safe since...the last time I sent Pixie after two male acts and a lesbian US duo :lol:

I don't particularly love how the one I hosted most recently (VIII) is seen as the most boring one of the 'modern era' but hey ho, I didn't pick the songs :heehee:

I remember having 4 entries in the final :wub: and three of them doing reasonably well, one extremely well :cheer:

 

I liked the Best Of, although the winner was a foregone conclusion...I expect Release Me has the most chance of winning the next one so far but who knows what we'll see in the next 5 or 6 contest!?!
