Nearly a month after FSR Rontvia controversially confirmed that they were sending British rapper Example's Watch The Sun Come Up to BJSCXVIII, the track has began to grow rapidly and is looking like a contender to be one of the biggest hits of the year upon its now confirmed release in September, which FSR Rontvia were unaware of at the time of sending. In just the last couple of weeks, the track has received heavy support from DJ's Pete Tong and Zane Lowe and was given the coveted title of Popjustice's Song Of The Day today. With points from only a quarter of participating countries, the song finished 25th out of 29 in the final, FSR Rontvia's worst ever finish in a final, so we are glad to see that the song is set to become a huge hit and rule out the critics that called it an awful song which nobody would like.

Daisy Dares You is incredibly catchy and fun. ANYONE WHO DENIES THIS IS LAME. D: It's obvs not gonna win though. I'm a bit TIRED of winning so it's not like I particularly mind. Though I hope I don't get backlash simply for the fact that I've won 3/5 of the last contests...

 

Listened to Kongulo a few times to vote in my semi. It's doing absolutely nothing for me. :( Seems kinda...I dunno. Tacky to me. A poorer version of Jungle Drum (<3). Seems like everyone else is liking it though. (y)

:snif: I like it much much more than Jungle Drum personally, it's one of my favourite entries, I hate to use this word, but it's really cute, very twee and I love listening to it, it always cheers me up :D I don't think anyone other than Nick, Phil and Tom (and now you) have even expressed an opinion over it yet :lol:

Me shall be next then. I am with Ben to be honest. :( There's something not right for me personally. I think this contest might be called a hiatus from Rontvia, nobody apart from Nonsuch can take you off the top spot of my voting history and considering that I like their entry much less than yours you're staying there so far :kink:
