I never send out and out pop tracks like Anna Abreu's, so it would be a bit different for Rontvia, Sound of Arrows very much fits with our more indie-pop style of recent months...something different, or stay the same!?! :kink:

FSR Rontvia are announcing their withdrawal from the BJSC with immediate effect. I feel like I am ruining the contest for everyone at every turn and certainly don't enjoy the feeling. I have really enjoyed the past 14 contests and 3 spin-offs and am glad that I was able to introduce a load of songs to people and come top 10 nine out of 14 times. Thanks for all the votes...whoever wants to be the host for XV can take over from me as I am leaving now and am withdrawing Pixie from the competition. In the last couple of months it has been implied that I'm argumentative, hypocritical and a control freak who rushes decisions, and although part of this is true (:lol:) it is not a reputation I want to get for myself. I realised that for the first time ever, I couldn't care less how Pixie does...this contest has been completely ruined for me over lengthy arguments that I shouldn't have allowed myself to get so wrapped up in. Every opinion that I have is the wrong one and far from me controlling the contest, I feel like I'm not allowed to express my views anymore without some huge backlash. So, the only way to stop taking it so personally is to leave the contest, just like Bokia. Change your rules back, have your restricted entries and do whatever you like...

Bad times :( I was a flop mod though on here, very easily influenced by James others...the backlash to that rushed decision of the first spin off put me right off wanting to be a mod. Too much responsibility, I got out of the GM role long before Smegma-gate thank god :drama: I wouldn't have liked Jake's fate in my hands :heehee:

The Foreign Language spinoff was my best contest ever, I was waiting for it since I debuted... I know I did equally well in this contest just now, but tbh my major memory of XIX will be stress I'm afraid :lol:

#10's was the first spin off...it wasn't enjoyable at all looking back :lol: not one of my better mod decisions

 

same with me and XVIII! Hosting is a major headache...good luck Kath :kink:

 

the 3rd time was the hardest by far though such is the size of the contest now

A blog I follow posted that Anna track a while ago. It's awful. :( Please don't send it. There are two kinds of genres wrong with the music world: death metal and cheesy europop. Honestly. :( I think you know which one I prefer.
