I would suggest the following:

 

Entry/Song Confirmation: 13th-19th January

Draw: 20th January

Semi-Final: 21st January

Results: 23rd January

Final: 24th January

Results: 27th January

 

Many students in the UK have exams in early January which is why I would suggest having it later...
