December 2, 200717 yr I've got to be honest though ... I don't get it with 'spoilers' not on this site anyway. I mean ... I can understand it if someone gives the ending of a book or a film away ... but chart positions? You can more or less guess who's going to be number 1 this Sunday anyway! I do think people are a bit precious on this matter. And the guy's new too - so he probably didn't realise. Y'see - that's what I like about me ... I have absolutely no musical facts or figures to 'spoil' anything for anyone! However ... if anyone wants me to spoil any films or a good book for them ...... Norma It's not just about the chart positions. A lot of people (Including me) expected Kylie to be No 3 so it came as a bit of a shock when she was no 3.
December 2, 200717 yr  is it of earth-shattering importance whether you discover an album';s position now or in a few hours tome?  Anyway..... I think they've underplayed this album release too much - whilst Beastlife and Leona are getting blanket TV ad coverage.... especially inbetween the XFactor breeaks... where were Kylie's ads? She's done next to no interviews to promote the album, either (not any TV interviews that I've seen).... so number four, especially considering the lukewarm reviews (and, let's be honest, substandard quality of the album - it's, at very best, patchy), is really quite high taking all this into account.
December 2, 200717 yr #4 is a pretty disappointing position for Kylie, but the sales themselves were great, and as Christmas gets closer she should comfortably surpass Platinum.

December 2, 200717 yr Great for Westlife, still not that high sales we saw last year.... Edited December 2, 200717 yr by Xmas Again :-)
December 2, 200717 yr I'm brightly shocked :o Kylie out of the top3, overtaken by two massive average $h!ts (Shayne and Westlife) and one well-overrated Mariah Carey lookalike. :( So unfait :(
December 2, 200717 yr i cannot see kylie being so perfect. She is just a short b**ch who likes to be shown.. probably she can't sing that good...
December 2, 200717 yr i cannot see kylie being so perfect. She is just a short b**ch who likes to be shown.. probably she can't sing that good... Please shut the hell up. Who are you to criticise when you idolise the most talentless w*n**rs ever? <_<
December 2, 200717 yr This is not a thread about Westlife. If you turn it into a Westlife against everyone thread, Charis, you will be warned! AGAIN! And don't slag off other artists!
December 2, 200717 yr #4 is a pretty disappointing position for Kylie, but the sales themselves were great, and as Christmas gets closer she should comfortably surpass Platinum. there's better singles on the album, so that should help its longevity. Plus - the artwork is stunning... I'd buy it just for the cover!

I know, it's quite stunning to hold. ^_^ As long as she puts out something from the pool of 'In My Arms', 'Like A Drug' or 'The One' she'll do just fine.
December 2, 200717 yr Wow, some bitter people in this thread. I don't think the nasty comments are necessary.
December 2, 200717 yr Leona up to about 737,000 then in 3 weeks :D Up to #4 on the YTD chart ^_^ And Shayne's done so well :o I don't get the fuss with her, in 10 years time people will have moved on. Unfortanately there will always be processed pop sh*te, in the 70's there was Donny Osmond, 80's Bucks Fizz, 90's Spice Girls etc, 00's enough said. Edited December 2, 200717 yr by Marcus
December 2, 200717 yr in 10 years time?. Thats a compliment cosidering the shelf life of most acts these days.! Anyway MY opinion is that I think Leona deserves her position, a nice person and a great talent and hopefully will be a great ambassador for the UK when she cracks the states. its about time we had a home grown talent do very well over there, no matter what you think of her music, isnt it great to finally have someone with the potential to do hugley well over there and be up there with the most popular American acts?. Great sales again!. :)
December 2, 200717 yr  You Kylie fans make me laugh with your hatred for other artists! Her single's c**p and the album's not much better. Deal with it.

Unfortanately there will always be processed pop sh*te, in the 70's there was Donny Osmond, 80's Bucks Fizz, 90's Spice Girls etc, 00's enough said. Get over it! Every week you moan about Leona and her sales! The fact is, she is selling bucket loads of records because people like the record and want to purchase it! If she isn't here in 10 years then she isn't here in 10 years, but she is selling loads of records now!-2007 and that's all that matters ;) And also, all these people moaning this person don't deserve to be that high bla bla :drama: if people are buying that amount of copies then of course it deserves to do well! It doesn't matter if an album or single is $h!t, if people wish to buy it then it deserves to do well imo ;)
December 2, 200717 yr Well didn't Body Language only make like #6 and Ultimate Kylie got to #4? TBH I don't think the album's as amazing as people make out. Yes I have it yes I love it and Kylie too but people on here did exactly the same with Britney's album too. They treat it like it's some sort of a gospel and go on long rants about how fabulous Girls Aloud are and how amazing so and so is. It's just ridiculous and ever so annoying to read.
