Where can you get the chart early - i use to remember a site that had the chart at 4pm

nowhere. That happened 3 or 4 times on the Yahoo page but they usually reveal it at about 7.

chartsingles.net used to have it by 2pm but that stopped years ago.

Virgin Music used to always have it early too but not anymoreee.
