December 13, 200717 yr Well I don't see Asda  But something along those lines. Hmm, maybe Morrisons? :P
December 13, 200717 yr Come on now -_- At least let the girl have some dignity :o If it was anywhere it would be Marks And Spencers. No but seriously  I think she should give up music and just stay an X Factor judge. I love Dannii and all, but i think its time for her to move on.
December 13, 200717 yr Author That is absolutely the opposite of what she should do IMO. It'd be an insult to the fans who've stayed and supported her since 2003, when she's released just one single a year - they've been there, bought the songs. It'd be a slap in the face to say 'actually, I'll just do TV.' Anyway, Dan has said she'll be continuing with music as she loves it as much as ever, and too right; she's first and foremost an artist! ^_^
December 13, 200717 yr If she's an artist, she should paint something! I think her future lies in TV tbh... at least people will still know she's alive that way. With her music all we got was a yearly reminder whenever she decided to release some forgettable dance track.
December 13, 200717 yr Author Well its all down to personal opinion, obviously, but I think 3 of her AATW singles have been classics; one is my all-time favourite song!
December 13, 200717 yr I do not see how she is to old at all. That is just lame. Kylie is four years older than her and hello, madonna is fifty this year You don't attract many new fans in music when your Dannii's age. Kylie and Madonna gathered many fans 20+ years ago. Was listening to Dannii on radio today and she comes over much better then on TV, so radio would be a good thing for her where the Australian accent really works to her advantage.
December 13, 200717 yr Author She hosted her own radio show back in 2003, called Dannii's Neon Nights, playing her own and mostly other's dance music. ^_^ I'd like her to do a once-weekly radio show or something, as long as she still did music.
December 13, 200717 yr Dannii is now 36 When Kylie was 36 she already had four #1's and six #2's When Madonna was 36 she had already seven #1's and seven #2's Dannii in her 36 years has had one #2. By age 36 both Kylie and Madonna have a significant establish fan base, Dannii doesn't and it's near impossible for her to establish one directly from releasing music at her age. December 13, 200717 yr I think her age isn't the issue, lots of the public who bought Neon Nights had probably never bought a Dannii record in their life until then and that was 12 years into her music career. I do think she should stop releasing these 'now & again' singles with AATW and find a proper label and also change her musical direction, most of the the fans, including me, love what she's doing now but the public are obviously not interested!!! I really hope they keep her on as a judge on the next series of X Factor though but then that wouldn't really give her much time to concentrate on creating a flawless album! Either way, she's definately not over!!! Edited December 13, 200717 yr by StrawberryBounce
December 14, 200717 yr That is absolutely the opposite of what she should do IMO. Anyway, Dan has said she'll be continuing with music as she loves it as much as ever, and too right; she's first and foremost an artist! ^_^ But surely there isn't enough fans to warrant a further career in music. Since day dot, Dannii has never really managed to stay consistent and is predominantly a singles artist. I thing she is a very talented woman and I'm sure she is focused.
December 14, 200717 yr No but seriously  I think she should give up music and just stay an X Factor judge. Me too, she's good on the X Factor. I'd say release a Greatest Hits album with two new songs, one of which she releases. But she only released a Hits album last year didn't she?
December 14, 200717 yr Author Yes, she did. She can't have another yet, really. The last did sell 50k so none of those people would buy it again so soon.
December 14, 200717 yr This is quite a difficul question but I think she could either stick with TV as X-Fator has gave her huge tv exposure but im still hoping that Simon Cowell will take her under his wing musically and get her back to the Neon Nights era.
