Im sick of Rydians wierd Operatic/theatre performances

 

And I'm sick of hearing you complain about him all the time when he is clearly the only one in the competition who can really REALLY bloody sing. How ANYONE with proper hearing, after that amazing peformance, regarldless of whether you like that type of singing or not, could possibly deny that this guy deserves to win and is head and shoulders above the other two karaoke kiddie acts, is beyond me quite frankly.

Great performance from Rhydian, his best, but if he released that track as a single I still woudn't buy his singles.

It's about being objective though - most like good songs by most acts as even if they don't like the type of music or style of voice, it is clear to see when someone can sing.

Rhydian's duet with Katherine was terrible. He sounded good, and I guess she did...but together, they sounded terible. I couldn't bare to watch that one.

 

Other than that, his performances were great.

 

Same Difference were my favourites tonight. I've been supporting these kids right from the start. We love them.

 

Leon seems stiff & uncomfortable on stage, but he did good tonight.

For what feels like the 20th time of posting the same comment.

 

As the judges of BBC1's AnyDream Will Do (John Barrowman, Denise Van Outen & Andrew Lloyd Webber) have commented, probably whilst you were watching the awful, critically panned Grease Is The Word talent show on ITV; the object of that show was to find a Joseph, which Rhydian's looks & voice don't fit as he clearly has not got the wholesome hearthrob teen idol look or toothy grin required for the role, nor the right sickly sweet vocal talent required for the part, as his vocals are clearly more dark & gothic sounding. But as ALW himself said & John Barrowman repeated.... "He would have been a perfect fit if we were after a Phantom (Of The Opera)".

 

In short you comment is a bit like saying footballer Ryan Giggs is rubbish because he can't play in Central Defence....
