December 15, 200717 yr Thanks for all the info as usual Trevs. Did Katie/Eva get more physical sales than downloads? :o

December 15, 200717 yr thanks as always trevs! A cover of a Wham song in both the 2003 and 2007 charts - plus an appearance by Wham themselves in 2007!
December 15, 200717 yr Author On the Box hits, their top 10, was similar with Mariah only 7. Why is that? The Box download chart, and other satellite/cable channels charts, all have their info, that breaks off around Wednesday. Remember mrib, go right up to Friday, with their charts...so, on a Saturday, it`s the most up to date chart, you`ll ever find...
December 15, 200717 yr trevs - does MRIB produce a chart over Christmas / New Year week? (ie will there be a chart two weeks today?)
December 15, 200717 yr Author trevs - does MRIB produce a chart over Christmas / New Year week? (ie will there be a chart two weeks today?) They never actually publish or broadcast one. Either way, we will slip in, the 2007 best sellers, that week! So, we will see what happens. Dave Taylor, has given me sketchy, pretty much static charts, in previous years, for those periods. It really depends on the Bank Holidays etc, and getting sales data.

Dave Taylor, has given me sketchy, pretty much static charts, in previous years, for those periods. It really depends on the Bank Holidays etc, and getting sales data.if you could get a chart for that week it would be interesting as there won't be any midweeks for the OCC chart and the Christmas songs will be starting to drop, albeit not by much but there will be some songs rebounding on sales after the 24th December... downloads make that particular chart more interesting now.

I will see what I can do. Last year, I got a top 20, only. I can`t see why they find it so difficult, to do one, because it`s all compiled by computer, isn`t it!
December 15, 200717 yr Even computers deserve a holiday at Christmas! :) Good to see Shaky climbing this week. Hopefully on the official chart tomorrow he should be edging towards the Top 20.
December 17, 200717 yr Thanks for the mrib chart. 2003 was a brilliant Xmas for Will & his fans. :D Wasn't it just TT, happy days and 2004 got off to a good start as well when Friday's Child hit over a million, :cheer: obviously not half as quick as Leona but 8 weeks was still bloody good and it was his second album. I bet he never has massive sales like that again, :( but you never know eh? ooops, forgot my manners, thanks for the chart Trev.
