December 23, 200718 yr Thanks for the retro, Ben! :D I wonder how many xmas songs will be in the top 40 today? 13? There are no re-entries to the top 40 and John Lennon has dropped out. Only The Killers can replace them, everything else will be a non-christmas song. (Leon, Malcolm Middleton, Kylie, Kate Nash, Filo & Perry, Ernie K Doe (one will have missed out).
December 23, 200718 yr 1992 is the best! :D The only one on there that I can pretty much say I like all the songs  1997 would be great if you replaced Teletubbies and Perfect Day with something BETTER. The others are all amazing. :( That "Perfect Day" was dreadful, why it was so popular I'll never know. At least the Music Live 2000 version deservedingly flopped. December 23, 200718 yr This week wasn't the best week to release new singles (Kate Nash, Filo & Peri)
December 23, 200718 yr I'm so disappointed that "Anthem" only got to Number 39. It's actually one of my favourite songs this year.
