I liked We Are One, and was considering buying their album, but as soon as I heard clips I realised they had pitched it way too young. They were always going to be too uncool for a lot of people, but if they'd at least given a nod to older fans of pop they could have expanded their market.

How much did their album sell?

Their album didn't do that great, it only sold a reasonable amount due to the christmas rush and even then it was a small-ish figure. That's no basis to invest in a second album.
