Posted January 23, 200817 yr Lily Allen has vowed to continue with plans to begin filming her new BBC chatshow, despite suffering a miscarriage last week. The Smile singer's publicist confirmed the devastating news, asking the media and fans to respect the star and her boyfriend, Chemical Brother's Ed Simons' privacy. But the 22-year-old is determined to go ahead with shooting the pilot for Lily Allen And Friends on Wednesday (January 23, 2008). A source tells British newspaper The Sun: "She's incredibly low at the moment, but doesn't want to let her fans down. It will be a very upbeat night so in a way it's the tonic she needs." Allen will be joined in the studio by an audience made up entirely of her MySpace 'friends', who have been flooding her webpage with messages of support and sympathy at the news of her loss.
January 23, 200817 yr It's great that she's still thinking about the fans, but sometimes it doesn't hurt to have a bit of alone time with her and Ed, after losing a baby... I guess if she's entirely sure and is completely okay according to the doctors than I think it should go ahead. ^_^
