Those statistics you got, they are interesting, but I don't quite understand what the wholse spring, autumn, xmas concept is.

That would be around when it was released. E.g. Now 38 was released in the christmas period of 1997

Its supposed to be when they came out except the Autumn ones should say Summer really.

I don't think all of those figures are correct...I could have sworn Now 44 passed 2 million in the UK making it one of the top 50 best selling albums ever in the UK

NOW 44 is the best selling and definitely one the best.
