Beautiful Song, how do you think it will fare? I genuinely think this song will be a surprise big hit and give the album a huge boost in sales! Top 20 for me

I'm in the minority of preferring Editors' second album to the first - but this track isn't single material, as much as I really like it.

When's it coming out?

I can't make my mind up about this. I think it's dull, but at the same time I think it's quite beautiful. ;o

Editors are a very up and down band aren't they?

 

I'll have to give this another listen, but thinking about it it wasn't one of the highlights on the album for me. I still think they released the best 2 songs at the beggining, would of been much better if the amazing "An End Has A Start" was released later on. ;o

It's released on the 3rd of March.

 

Tom has said in the past that this is his favourite song from 'An End Has A Start' so perhaps that may be the reason it has been chosen as a single. I woulda love to have seen 'Bones' be released but apparently the ending wasn't radio-friendly enough and the band weren't willing to change it! A good thing I think, the ending is my fave bit :P.

 

I'd love to see this do well - I will be seeing them again in a few weeks and it would be a great thing to celebrate!

was boring on freshly squeezed as well - was a better editors sounding band on the mojo 80s indie cd than this.

Great song even though I feel it like it was an erroneous single choice - I would have preferred Escape The Nest or The Weight Of The World as singles. But for now anyways, the Editors can do no wrong. :heart: :heart:
