The song is about the bondage of two people so close together (sex in other words) which is why they had to make it gay friendly. But apprently when the girls wrote the song in the begining it was classed as "corny" so they used contriception to make it soind better. That's why Emma sings "BE A LITTLE BIT WISER BABY, PUT IT ON, PUT IT ON" :lol: When i found found I was in stitches. Sorry if people already knew it but it's just so funny
February 10, 200817 yr Ohhhhh yeah I knew that since I read one of the Spice Girls books a few years ago. I think at the actual time the song was released I didn't know though - probably went right over my young innocent head :lol:.

To be honest I didn't notice that quite a few songs were sex themed. Like 'Zig-ah-zig-ah' being some code word for sex.
February 11, 200817 yr I didn't realise it at the time (as I was only 6!) but have heard about it since. I read somewhere that there was a big fuss made out about it because it was about sex, but it's about clearly about 'making love' which is fine in my opinion. And at least they instructed to 'put it on'

It wouldn't make sense really.......I guess when I was young I just never thought abotu what lyrics meant (probably why I love BSB's 'I want it that way' yet for the life of me cannot tell you what the song is about :lol:)!
