Posted February 16, 200817 yr On Sunday 16 February it is exactly 20 years since Kylie reached No.1 with her first UK single I Should Be So Lucky. It took 6 weeks to get there. It chart-run to No.1 was 90-54-31-16-2-1 And they thought being a former soap star she would be a one hit wonder. Congrats Kylie  Edited February 16, 200817 yr by Euro Music
February 16, 200817 yr Sunday is the 17th though, not the 16th  I'm a bit disappointed with Kylie's last choices of single, but X is a great album  Kylie

February 17, 200817 yr back in 1988 who would have thought she would achieve so much, the odds were well against her then
February 17, 200817 yr It's amazing how someone who can't sing has managed 20 years, but congratulations to her. Great songs and an all round nice lady.
February 18, 200817 yr It's amazing how someone who can't sing has managed 20 years, but congratulations to her. Great songs and an all round nice lady. You obviously havent seen her live then
February 18, 200817 yr Kylie is brilliant live, if you have ever been to a kylie concert you would know that, you cannot survive 20 years in the music business by not being able to sing, kylie sings live on all her tours and her ability to sing is well shown at her concerts
March 28, 200817 yr Shame she's never managed to develop any artistic creativity, personality or talent within two decades.. |=
March 28, 200817 yr well thats th ebiggest load of rubbish i have read Ayu-Mi-X GOLD have u ever heard of her album impossible princess that alone contradicts everything u have just said
March 29, 200817 yr Everything but the personality part. Kylie is lovely but she seems to never express any opinion or distinct persona of her own. She's literally just a shadow of Dannii's personality who occasionally gives a polite interview. She's a tad dull. :heehee: The music though, is  even if I don't rate X all that highly. Fever and Body Language are amongst my all-time favourite albums. And we do have a Kylie forum - this should be moved there. ;)
March 29, 200817 yr no one can survive 20 years in music industry by fluke ,kylie is bigger now than she ever was since 2000 she has been on top of the game and scored hit after hit,no matter if people like or dislike kylie's music we all know longeivity in the music business is very hard done and kylie has done more than proved herself
