None of the Girlbands sang very well at all!!

I think our best chance of doing nearly decent is Simona

But, Michelle stood out above the rest tonight, she didnt sing it well, but its such a good catchy song, and will be stuck in my head for ages now.

C'mon Michelle!! :P :D

Betfair.com odds (This Morning):

The Revelations Evens Favourite!

Rob Mc Veigh 11/5

Andy Abraham 9/4

Loveshy 4/1

Simona Armstrong 15/2

Michelle Gayle 20/1

------------------------------------------------------

Betfair.com odds (Now):

Michelle Gayle 1/2 on favourite (oh dear, oh dear, oh dear) :arrr:

Andy Abraham 4/1 :puke2:

The Revelations 7/1

Simona Armstrong 14/1 :(

LoveShyte - f***ing terrible. Awful routine, terrible vocals, totally cringeworthy performance. And imagine if we had sent them - there'd only be two more Girls Aloud rejects to go! (Javine in 2005). 2/10

The Revelations - Excellent. :cheer: The music was a bit loud and they got drowned out quite a bit, but it's easily the strongest song of the six. 10/10

Rob McVeigh - Dull, dull, dull. So glad he didn't go through! :D He has a nausiating voice too. 3/10

Simona Armstrong - I always did like this. ^_^ And after hearing it live, it's excellent. I won't mind too much should this go through, and not the Revelations. 8/10

Andy Abraham - Hideous. What on EARTH was this?! Totally unsuitable for the Eurovision, and I can't see it getting down to the last two tbh. 3/10

Michelle Gayle - Bland and average. I can't understand how the judges were raving about this, I really can't. I'm praying this won't win! 5/10

That's really :manson:able. ARRGH.

damn, 7/1 for The Revelations...its going to be yet another case of 'the one that got away'

I really don't think Michelle Gayle will have any chance in Belgrade but I'd love to be proved wrong if she wins tonight...I love Michelle as a person and I love most of her past singles including Sweetness but this song is just a bit average...

I think the judges and the public are getting totally confused.

We are trying to get a song to represent us at the EUROVISION song contest not the AMERICAN song contest. Sending a song that sounds like a bad rip off hybrid of Denise La Salle's My Toot Toot and Outkast's Hey Ya will do us no favours what so ever and guarantee us yet another bottom 5 finish.

yay come on Michelle she deserves it

The Revelations are the ONLY ones who deserve to go through, I picked up the phone and voted for them! Seeing this though I'm gonna do it a few more times

I'd actually be a bit pissed off if they didn't go through as it'd be nice to actually like the UK entry for once

If Michelle goes through tonight, I'm afraid I'll be rooting for another Scooch-esque result on May 24th. -_- And I will not be disappointed.

I find it annoying that they keep mentioning 'its a Eurovision song'...what exactly is that...I wouldn't have Hold On Be Strong by Maria Haukaas Storeng (Norway) down as a 'Eurovision song' but its going to the contest...

Serebro's Song #1 wasn't exactly 'a Eurovision song' either, more a contemporary pop song, I wish they'd stop trying to judge them trying to second guess what Europe want

The Revelations & Andy Abraham are way too boring for eurovision though.

Simona & Michelle have catchy songs though many countries have much better songs than us.

nonsense m8, revelations are exactly what euro needs, a good uptempo happy track.

I'm sorry- But did we watch the same show?

The Revelations were quite rubbish vocally. Even the judges said that the singing was all wrong. But yeah, they were much better vocally then LoveShy.

The same here.

Seeing as the bookies all seem to be concluding that Michelle Gayle has got it in the bag, let's remind ourselves of the last time we sent a decent song to the ESC. Which surprise, surprise got the UK a decent result despite the fact we had just helped the USA invade Iraq.

Jessica Garlick - Come Back (2002 ESC)

.................Still at this time on the Final of X Factor, Rhydian was 1/3 on favourite and that cute Scottish lad who was "a doing it for his mum" but could not sing was the 6/1 outsider on Betfair.com.

Its not a bad song at all but its too boring, i cant remember a word of it, its not really about whether we like the songs anyway its about finding

a song with Europe will like, and none of those 6 songs are good enough for top 10 nevermind 1# place.

We should of sent Leona Lewis or Duffy, both of them are top 5 on the European charts overall.

been watching euro for over 40 years, i reckon by now i can spot the best track to give us the best chance.... trust me, non of the others have a cat in hells chance.

LOL. Times do change though.

the Revelations were bland and boring and cant remember anything of what they were singing....would totally get lost at Eurovision -_-

no they dont!.... theres not that much variety or difference between what won in the mid 60's to nowdays.

nonsense.... :P

but whatever, if thats the 4 we have topick from theres simply no point in entering, the revelations have the best track, but even that wont win. the others will fail abysmally again.
