March 23, 200817 yr Best performance of it yet. Fantastic. French audiences are always so into it as well!
March 26, 200817 yr up to #19 But the album is new at... #105  Btw, Leona Lewis is #1 on the Single chart ^_^
March 26, 200817 yr It's so much harded for English artists to sell albums. Kylie has had a top 3 download hit with In My Arms and yet the album barely re-entered the Top 5, and she's a more established name there than the Sugababes. Hopefully Change (the album) will at least stay steady - can you keep us updated on it please?
March 27, 200817 yr I did count and there are about 40 English albums ahead of them, so it's not about singing in French or in English. Mika and Amy were brand new artists and both of them were among the very biggest sales of 2007 in France... And you have the like of Adele, Leona, The Do & co who are brand new aswell and their albums are all top30 (and Leona and Adele have done NO promotion at all in France). So no, outside the top100 can be seen as a flop. They're doing the same that Natasha B did few years ago : a top20 hit (These words) and a top110 album (Unwritten peak was #111) :( Btw, do you know the French version of Change is.... the Greatest Hits tracklist + the 3 singles from Change :P If you like to collect SB stuff, you should get it! Edited March 27, 200817 yr by Xmas Bertie
March 27, 200817 yr Btw, do you know the French version of Change is.... the Greatest Hits tracklist + the 3 singles from Change :P If you like to collect SB stuff, you should get it! Oh, that's fabulous! I may have to import it. :kink:
March 28, 200817 yr That seems a lot given that France's sales are less than ours and it missed the Top 100. Good going.
