Hmm i think it would be good if they did one last huge concert that was televised and put onto DVD, but even as a huge fan I wouldn't want them back for a 2nd reunion.

 

I honestly can't see Victoria Beckham wanting to be a part of this. And I applaud her for that. I think she'd give her blessing to the other four ... but I just can't see her wanting to take part in it. And although Vicky is the most vocally challenged ... she is the one that everyone wants to see. There's something about Geri Halliwell that I find terribly insincere ... it was her who broke up the 'girly friends' thing in the first place. If I'm honest ... I quite like stuff that Mel C has done solo since ... and I want to listen to her more in the future - for me ... Mel C is the only one for whom the music is the most important thing ... I truly don't think she is motivated by pound signs the way Geri Halliwell is. I also like Mel B - but in a TV Presenter sort of way ... she's hilarious. In fact - I like Emma B too. For me ... the weakest link in the chain seems to be the one who wants the comeback most ... Geri 'Me, Me, Me' Halliwell.

Geri is probably just building up press interest in herself, and i agree with Norma about Geri she is very me me me, and likewise i think Mel c is very different in every way i have always felt mel c is the most genuine of all the girls and isnt as motivated by money as the rest of them, i think mel c will be just happy to keep making music whether its comercially successfull or not.

I do love Geri but I agree with what yous are saying.

 

I would just like a dvd from their last tour, that would do me, I don't want another flopish comeback tbh, I mean 'Headlines' completley wrecked their amazing chart run

:o Geri is my Idol, but i agree, the times I've seen her at signings it's very hit and miss as to whether she'll bother with you - like she is desperate to be nice when she wants something, once she's got it or things aren't going her way she just clams up and seems so cold (i got that feeling with her on the concerts so started feeling Emma love for a while) :D

 

I don't want a reunion - the first did for me exactly what they said it should be - a final goodbye and thank you to the fans. I went, laughed, cried, shouted, screamed and everything knowing it was my last time to see them. I've closed the book, everything's wrapped up for me now, a dvd would be nice, but honestly, i don't want this rearing it's head every 3/4 years...

Mel B also confirmed they were planning something on twitter and Emma said the same thing outside Heart FM today to a fan. And I seriously doubt they would do anything without Victoria as it wouldn't be a Spice Girls project but 4 ex Spice Girls coming together for something.

We'll get the truth if Mel C speaks she always says it how it is! Tho if they are planning something it cant happen for a while Mel C is contracted for 6 months in Blood Brothers!

I'm sure if the money on the table was right then she'd do another tour with the other four! That's what understudies are for after all!

 

Hand on heart ... I'd be a bit disappointed if Mel C did agree to anything I always thought she was more about the music than the money. At the same time ... I'm not sure I'd do anything differently.

It's gonna be great if they do something together again, I saw ROTSG three times (I know-I'm a geek!) and it was fantastic but the reunion as a whole had lots of problems which hopefully they can now put right. Plus it'll be really cool if they get into a position where they can together for a single/album/dvd/book/tour/one off concert or something just whenever they feel like it as they're now all on good terms with each other. It's a hell of a lot sooner than I expected but I think I'm ready for Return of the Spice Girls 2.0 :dancing:

Mel C is on This Morning on friday so maybe we'll get some info from her about this!

I hope she comebacks to the media soon. She did a decent job on "This Morning" with Rylan and also I found her really confortable on BBC Radio 2. Maybe a radio show with Emma both of them together, could be amazing.
