How long has the F1 been on ITV now? It always used to be the BBC's didn't it?

The BBC acutally has no football now...

it's a start I giess, and if they see how well it does on the BBC maybe they'll get more in future.

Still i'd like more rounds of the Carling Cup on TV even if it's BBC Three.

They've taken Lower League football and the Carling cup from ITV. 10 live Championship games a season, it was criticised that it's not much but it's 10 more than ITV show! -_-

Oh yeah I forgot about the Carling Cup (and MOTD ). Though wasn't the Carling Cup only on Sky this year? ITV only had highlights didn't they? And when does the BBC's live Championship football start? :o That'll be well weird... seeing league games on a proper TV channel. ITV and BBC used to have all the Premiership rights before Sky came and stuck their arses in didn't they?

ITV have highlights and Sky have live games currently. As far as I can tell, it'll be exactly the same just the BBC instead of ITV. And they get the final too.

Next season should be when it all swaps. It seems everything apart from the Premier League changes next year. Will be interesting to see what BBC do with the Lower League. I hope they do a good job, and not just stick it in a 45 minute program on sunday morning like ITV.

Sadly it's all about money. If quality of coverage was considered ITV wouldn't even be allowed to show Sunday morning pub teams.

I agree - the makers of The Championship seems to have a few teams they like, and anyone else can forget about being the featured game. (I can't even remember when Preston was one of the featured teams.)
