I got up especially early at 6am today to attend a work meeting at 8. Usually takes me 20 minutes to drive to work. This morning, total gridlock. Took me 1 hr 30 mins to drive 8 miles. And now I'm tired because I got up too early. And I have a headache. I am stressed. :drama:

Jups, that is definitely a bad day. I remember there being a cow on the railway line down here. It caused delays of up to an hour.

Anyway, my ear. Last night whilst luxuriating in my 2 hour bath I decided to lie right back under the water so only my nostrils were emerging. Like a hippopotamus in fact.

But when I re-surfaced my left ear was full of water and I couldn't hear. And all today it still feels blocked and crackley. And now it hurts as well. Probably because I keep poking my finger in it. I'm now partially deaf. :(

Jups, try pinching your nose shut, and blow really hard....not out the mouth, either...that MAY help unplug your ear...it works for me when that happens....
