On its sophomore set, the group again trades in sexy dance grooves (the Gwen Stefani-ish 'Reggae All Night', retro synth-fest 'Left Behind'), chugging indie rock ('Give Up,' 'Rat Is Dead [Rage]') and uptempo pop maneuvers ('How I Became Paranoid', the Bangles-worthy 'Move'), all of which should sound great blaring out of hipster stereos this summer. Popjustice also gave the album a quick 8/10. It all sounds very mixed and poppy. I hope for something good indeed I do.
June 1, 200817 yr Sounds great! Can't wait to hear Reggae All Night. Hopefully there will be at least one slow song on the album, one of my favourite songs from their last album is Poney Money Honey, although it didn't actually make the album which was a shame.
June 2, 200817 yr 'Rat Is Dead' is being released in some countries? So my friend told me [he sent me that and said it was the lead single]. But 'Left Behind' is MILES better. Not really been a huge fan of them in the past but that song is fabulous.

June 4, 200817 yr Left behind sound great! :o I thought Rat Is Dead was terrible. Might look into downloading their new album now. I don't mind Rat Is Dead too much, it's a bit of a grower. It just sounds a bit messy in places, probably equivalent to f*** Off Is Not The Only Thing You Have To Show.
June 6, 200817 yr There's an album sampler available from their myspace site. From what I heard it sounds really strong. The first half of the album sounds quite rocky and the second half sounds quite electro. Wasn't really feeling Give Up or Beautiful Song but no doubt they will grow on me when I hear the full versions. Edited June 6, 200817 yr by Ashley
June 6, 200817 yr Just heard the album sampler as well, sounds good allthough nothing really hit me as amazing. I have a MQ version of 'Left Behind' if anyone wants as well, It's a good song. :o
