April 15, 200817 yr Some Muslim woman who also works with my mum has had, (wait for it), 10 Weeks of work, just so she could go to India and get 'cured from asthma' because the doctors in India are better than the English. India? That would more likely make her a Hindu as opposed to a Muslim..... -_-
April 15, 200817 yr No, that is ridiculous to even consider. Religion and government shouldn't even be put under the same roof. A crime is a crime, period. And to add to that, if your religion hurts someone of an unwilling individual party/individual how should that offense even be taken into consideration as being done for religious reasons? April 16, 200817 yr i agree with tyler, a crime is a crime. religion, creed or birth country should have nothing to do with you punishment. u break the law, you pay the price end of. if the immigrants don't like it, then they can crawl back through the channel tunnel, and if the brits don't like it they don't have to stay here either

April 17, 200817 yr how? we can emigrate as well. its not just the east europeans and all the middle east lot that can do it you were talking about criminals, british criminals cannot go anywhere else.
April 17, 200817 yr i was talking about brits in general. If they don't like the laws and how they are enforced etc. then they don't have to stay here.
April 17, 200817 yr i was talking about brits in general. If they don't like the laws and how they are enforced etc. then they don't have to stay here. but its a pretty fair assumption to think that the majority of crims are poor... how can they up n go?.. migration to others countries is only an option for the reasonably well off.
April 17, 200817 yr yes, it is a fair assupmtion. but you have to remember that a lot of the immigrants that find there way over here aren't exactly rolling in it either
April 17, 200817 yr yes, it is a fair assupmtion. but you have to remember that a lot of the immigrants that find there way over here aren't exactly rolling in it either if they can scrape enough to get here they can scrape enough to go back...oh no hold on.. WE pay for that! this is the bad side of immigration, poor europeans coming here to live off the state, or coming here to give birth. housing benefits, clothing, furnishing, food vouchers etc.... THESE are the immigrants that give the others legitimate, useful, hard working people a bad name... theyve paid nowt in... they get nowt out. period.
April 18, 200817 yr This is really boardering madness. The only way how I think a Muslim could be excused is that he is of a foreign nationality and after serving his sentence he will be deported back to his home country right away with lifetime ban for entering UK. In all other cases they should be kept locked up until they decide they can talk about their crimes. Or, if talking is too hard, castration is of course an option. I'm sure they would be very willing to talk if they had to choose between castration and talking. And is rape ok for Muslims? I mean these people have already broken their religious guidelines so it is too late to complain. And like stated above, if someone objects the laws of the state, he or she, native or immigrant, can leave immediately. I think it really is time to stop this madness and treat criminals as what they are: Criminals that deserve to be punished. After you have been sentenced you better shut up and serve your sentence. Religion and state should always be separated with the state having the upper hand.
