OMG ive been waiting for this day ever since the demo leaked :D.
No, but this is how Piece Of Me, and Break The Ice started to surface.

Not a bad choice. The front of the UK album months ago said "contains gimme more, piece of me, and radar", before even POM was released so was surprised BTI was 3rd single but apparently was voted as such on her official website.

On first listen to the album thought GM, POM and radar were probably the catchiest off the bat but Radar less so. On a few more listens i'd actually say its a bit simplistic so may rise and fall quicker than the other singles as people tire of it.

Personally thought BTI was better after a few listens to the album and also thought Heaven on Earth having a more ballady feel (as much as dance can) would have been a good counterpoint to the other singles.

Whole album is very dancy so most songs could be singles but fans seem to like Toy Soldier and Hot as Ice. Think TS would be disliked by non-fans though and wouldn't win any new ones so overall radar the expected choice and not too bad a one! :drama:

I think that 'Toy Soldier' would be the best choice for the US if there is a fifth single, and other urban dominated countries. I think that 'Heaven On Earth' should be the fifth single outside of the US.

Actually agree. Was thinking of the UK when i said that, apologies for the smallmindedness! But think HOE would do very well in mainland europe, its got a similar vibe to a lot of their homegrown pop. See your point about TS, but still wonder if there is really a front running song for a 5th single/4th other than radar in the US

If it is the next single, then great decision my second fav off the album after Gimme More
Every reviewer has said that 'Gimme More', 'Piece Of Me' and 'Radar' were the standout tracks on the album...I agree because they are the most commercial. 'Break The Ice' is great and deserved alot better but it is not as commercial as alot of the other songs on the album.

I agree. I think 'Gimme More' and 'Piece Of Me' perfect choices for singles. Songs like 'Break The Ice' and 'Get Naked' I think are abit too deep for the charts, fantastic, but deep. 'Radar' and 'Toy Soldier' are the two obviuos choices for singles. I used to be able to see 'Radar' being another 'Toxic', but I dunno if its too late now.

Off course you're all clamouring to comment that Britneys ideas and execution for the GM video produced such an aborted foetus of a project that Jive would only publically release an 'edited' *coughs* 'version' which itself still managed to be an abominable specticle to behold to those possessing objectivity and sanity.

All of your comments will be deleted from now on.
