May 1, 200817 yr Hard Candy is really good after a few listens, Best Tracks 'Give it 2 me' (best madonna song I've heard in a long time), 'Incredible', Miles Away', The Beat Goes On' & 'Shes Not Me. Hard Candy is much better than Music & American Life, however Madonna should get an even harder sound.
May 1, 200817 yr I think its really bad, and i usually like Madonna I just cant find a killer song on there its all just a bit uninspired.
May 1, 200817 yr A fun album. Highlights for me personally are Give it 2 Me, Miles Away, Shes not Me, Incredible, Dance 2nite, Beat goes on and Voices. I'm proud of it overall but still reckon that it doesn't quite come close to Music which is my all time fave M album :)

May 2, 200817 yr I think she did an awesome job as well! So many great pop songs on it. I love COADF in all it's eurodance glory but after repeatlingly spinning HC, I know HC suits my taste more. It's good pop. it's good fun, it's not heavy & the songs are catchy!

May 3, 200817 yr I love all her albums equally (other than the first three which I was more into the singles she put out--the other songs felt like fillers). This album has some killer beats and she is singing different to match the R&B vibe which I like. Fav songs: Give It To Me, Devil, Beat Goes On (other than the Kanye rap), Voices But my favs change every day. The only songs that I don't like that much are Incredible (other than the BOOMS at the end) and Dance2Night.
May 4, 200817 yr I really love it. Have been a fan since her first single and have all her albums. Hard Candy is very good, better than I'd expected after hearing the single. Still not as good as Music and am I the only fan who really likes American Life? I think it's a great album but gets universally slated. May 4, 200817 yr I like American Life. It was a very different album for her i reckon but i hated it at first but it eventually grew on me! Hollywood, Love Profusion, Nothing Fails, Mother & Father and Easy Ride being my faves.
May 5, 200817 yr I like all songs except Spanish Lesson. I still think COADF is stronger overall. Well yeah, overall i do prefer Confessions, Madonna's euro pop sound suits her the best and songs like Sorry and Jump are untouchable! But i still adore Hard Candy, it makes a change for her and i hope she returns to more euro sounds on her next album. And yes Hotlady...Incredible is one of my favourite songs too :)
