i've now had a brainstorm and i've got a fair few artists but one of them hinges on weather or not one country comes top 3

I thought I was completly sure of who to send next month.....but now another Artist has appeared and I'm not so sure anymore. :P

I think that we need to open the confirmation thread for BJSC8 right after the contest take place, because as you all can see in the real ESC - countries confirm their participation right after the contest. I thought it's a good idea, and probably more people will join our fun then :D

We don't want that many more tbh Pavel, given that we can only take another 10 before we need to get silly and have three semis :P And the main problem with that comes from people who confirm early but never come back, giving a skewed view of how popular the contest will be :(

Simmondly's representitive to BJSC#07 Kat DeLuna is said to be outraged as another country has anonomously put up a video of a man supposidly called Daisy lip syning to her entry "Am I Dreaming" but being sang in Spanish. Simmondly representatives were quick to point the finger at Bhangra after the feud between both countries after the last contest, we are still waiting for a reply.

 

Damn, that wouldn't take that long actually :o Apart from getting everyone's votes for the final and the nightmarish arrangement for the graphics and the host...

If I was to say right now what Artist is going to represent Dalisska in BJSC 8 would that mean that artist is only for Dalisska......or would it just give people the idea to take the artist themselves?

 

I'm getting really Paranoid that someone's going to take the artist I'm thinking of. :nocheer:

Technically you can't officially reserve something until the confirmation thread opens.

 

If I wanted to be evil and sign up with Annie before Tyron did next month there's nothing anyone can do about it. I'm sure it wouldn't go down well with the voters and it might put them off voting for me though.

It may have but then again there is alot of production in that song and it would probably sound terrible live, especially with just the two girls and one backing singer.

I agree...it's very much a great pop track in its studio version

 

and would it really have got more than 227 points based on just one performance...I recall it taking 4 or 5 listens before I 'got' the track
