I feel very sorry for the people saying this era is a flop. To sell 1.2 million albums in just two weeks with a World Tour still to come is bloody amazing.

Circus has fall in Ireland from #4 to #10 (2-4-10) I think that isnt good. Blackout was #1 easily. :(

Ireland only counts for a small fraction of her overall album sales anyways. :lol: Yeah, her chart positions are usually awesome there but it's nothing to fret over! If I'm not mistaken, I swear it's already Gold or some type of selling status there? Maybe that's just the single...

I totally agree. REGARDLESS if it's Christmas or not, the album has sold really well! That's the reason why a bunch of big albums are released in the 4th quarter. It's the lead up to Christmas. Already 700k sold in the USA with almost another 200k to be sold this week is amazing! The album should be certified platinum soon and surpass Blackout's sales within the next week or two for sure. Circus is hardly a flop and look at the two successful singles released from the album so far without the 2nd even getting a proper release yet!

Could be worse especially after last weeks fall, does anyone have sales?

Sales must've been pretty good still! FOB's album debuted at #39 with about 30k and Beyonce's album at #9 had sales of over 102k.

 

Just think what sales Britney probably had at #20. :o

Wow! If she sold more then 40k I will be ecstatic! Sales have been amazing for her in the UK!

The album sold almost another 200k this week in the U.S. and should be at about #5! It brings the total to nearly 900k already!
