New Britney album before end of 2008?

Britney Spears's record label is reportedly hoping that the pop princess will release a new album by the end of the year.

 

According to The Sun, RCA bosses are looking to get material in the shops for December.

 

A source commented that executives are amazed at Britney's recent change in fortune, including her hat-trick of wins at last week's MTV Video Music Awards.

 

"They've been astonished by how well she’s managed to piece her life back together," said the insider.

It is already confirmed that the album will be released in December.

The album title has been confirmed as 'Circus', which will be released in the UK on December 1st 2008. The first single is called 'Womanizer', and will leak on September 22nd.

Agree!!! Much better than "Blackout", imo.

 

I assume this album will also have lots of controversial songs, it's very promising... I hope it's her best work ever!

For what? Her to be releasing new material again?

 

I think that Britney wants this to happen so I think she's ready, and the world is ready for a REAL comeback.

That seems soooo soon! So glad I don't have to wait much longer. Now we know two confirmed tracks on the album, "Womanizer" and "Circus." ^_^ "Womanizer" is such a cool title for a song so I can't wait to hear that!
