Posted May 18, 200817 yr Yes, I know everyone raves about this album... but after listening properly to it recently it's not hard to see why. I've owned the album for ages but for some reason not given it a proper listen until recently, it's just so good! Aside from the singles, highlights for me have to be 'Swim' (which is INCREDIBLE!) and 'Candy Perfume Girl'. As well as 'Sky Fits Heaven' and 'Skin' of course. :wub:

May 18, 200817 yr i love ray of light. It's true that some of the album tracks are better then the actual singles. Sky Fits Heaven and Skin are brillient. Never been fussed on Little Star though.

May 19, 200817 yr i actually listened to this album last night! It's a really creative and diverse album! My faves are swim, ray of light (of course), skin :wub: , power of goodbye and lil star :D
May 19, 200817 yr Its one of her best, i love it! Its bugs me though cos' 'Sky Fits Heaven' is more "single friendly" than Drowned World, she should've gone with SFH instead! The Power of Goodbye is my all time favourite Madonna song and i was thrilled it was a single and that she made such a visually stunning video in where she looked the best ever!
May 19, 200817 yr Far and away the greatest album she has ever/will do. Its perfect it really is. "Nothing Really Matters" is my favourite Madonna song. All the tracks are excellent in my opinion. A true great. If anyone still actually questions why Madonna has become such a huge star i suggest they buy/download this album. The question should be answered.

May 23, 200817 yr Author I only own this, Confessions and The Immaculate Collection. I've heard American Life in full (horrible!) and Music in parts. I think the only other Madonna albums I'd consider buying are maybe Music, Erotica, Like A Prayer and MAYBE True Blue.
