Posted May 19, 200817 yr Just me looking at some moments pop stars, and pop music fans would probably rather forget. First up, Phixx the erm losers?... from Pop Stars: The Rivals despite losing to One True Voice they went on to have twice as many top 40 singles than the actual winners. A moment that should never have been allowed to happen. Phixx Hold On Me @ Top Of The Pop's BBHndM7owQk Chart Run: {10}-24-36-53 Phixx may have had a hold on you, such a shame they didn't have a hold on something else. That something being a microphone....
May 19, 200817 yr ..... mmmm, maybe this should be categorised under when Rock goes wrong, but this clip is wrong in nearly every possible shape and form and should never have been allowed to happen.... AEFJyaYmimc No Way Sis - I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing (TOTP)
May 19, 200817 yr Phixx were better than most boybands! Granted 'Hold On Me' was absolutely terrible, but 'Love Revolution' however.
May 19, 200817 yr S Club Juniors (later S Club 8) - anything from them. Just a thought - where are they now?

May 19, 200817 yr ..... mmmm, maybe this should be categorised under when Rock goes wrong, but this clip is wrong in nearly every possible shape and form and should never have been allowed to happen.... AEFJyaYmimc No Way Sis - I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing (TOTP) I think 'Pop' has killed 'Rock' myself. And when Pop goes wrong?... Whitney Housten anyone.
May 19, 200817 yr S Club Juniors (later S Club 8) - anything from them. Automatic High - one of the most underrated singles in pop history - if it was done by Terry Hall or the lightning seeds it would be seen as a britpop classic!!!
May 19, 200817 yr Automatic High - one of the most underrated singles in pop history - if it was done by Terry Hall or the lightning seeds it would be seen as a britpop classic!!! Personally, I thought the most accurate artistic statements made about the track was when it was mashed-up/remixed with the linn drum sound of one of Gary Glitter's old 1970s glam rock hits.
May 19, 200817 yr Author Part 3 Lipsync trouble number 2 6MxFE-f1q0I Lindsay Lohan- Rumours @ Good Morning America UK Chart Run: N/R Well what can be said about this, live band, good song, non live vocals..... From the start you can see Lindsay isn't singing live and is having issues staying in-sync. What is with her dancing issues between 1.50-2.00? Watch closley at 2.19 her vocals come on, her mouth does not move.....
May 19, 200817 yr Steps  they are pop gone amazingly well  yeah keep your eyes out for a thread that proves how good they are at what they do... ..and just how bad the fast food rockers are.... ...but i'll leave this for another time....
