I used to love Ronaldo but his attitude on the pitch makes me dislike him. He is an amazing player, but the best players aren't suppose to flop.

Yea to be honest, I don't know why everyone says he's the best player in the world. He only scored one goal in UEFA & did nothing against Germany. It mad me mad when he reacted to getting "pushed" by Arne Friedrich about 15 seconds after he fell.

Exactly! Ronaldo thinks he's better than he actually is, which is because Man Utd's style of play is based entirely round him. He's certainly not worth the money that's been touted about as a possible fee. Yes he's a very good player, but he's not that good. If he didn't take penalties and free kicks then he wouldn't get anywhere near the amount of hype that he gets from pundits, commentators etc.

 

I'm a Liverpool fan, and letting Man Utd loose with £70m is as dangerous as it'll get. It might take a couple of seasons for them to get back on track, but they revert to the way they used to play with Beckham, and play with a target man upfront in someone like Hunnterlar (sp?).

I COMPLETELY agree with you there! He should be saying the opposite! How someone can be treated a 'slave' when they've just signed a four year CONTRACT (yes ever heard of those? :rolleyes: ) is beyond me! Also did slaves ever get £150,000 a week? -_- If you didn't want to stay at the club then why did he sign the deal? :blink:

He's a total idiot. You'd think he keep his mouth shut over an issure like this? Or not. He clearly has something against English football in general and it's really petty. Comparing Ronaldo to a slave is possibly the most STUPID thing i've ever heard too. I used to like Christiano Ronaldo, even during the 'winking' saga of the world cup, but now I think he's a complete TOOL. How DARE he complain about being treated like a slave at Man Utd when he's earning more in a week than most people will earn in a lifetime. Prick.
