Yeah, that was the part of it I didn't understand... the only thing I can think of for banning it in those places in possibly health and safety?! :huh:

Agreed. They're spending far too much time and money on pointless things like these, when they should be sorting out rates of crime, unemployment, drugs and the sky-high teenage pregnancy rates -_-
