The thing is, i've managed to just SCRAPE into university with the bare bloody minimum requirements... but that's not the message I want to send out to people. I wasn't prepared to put the effort in, and i've somehow managed to get away with it, but there's no reason why other people who are prepared to work hard shouldn't get in -_-

 

I mean, i'd much rather be able to tell people I got in with 2 Bs and a C (my predicted grades), rather than telling them I scraped through :(

My day's been great, I've had a big kick up the backside since getting my uni offers through and I did quite a bit of work today ^_^ And as always, my friends were lovely :wub: I seriously don't know what I'd do without them :mellow:

My mam tried to push me, but she went about it the wrong way. Instead of simply talking to me and trying to convince me that working hard would pay off, she'd just shout at me and tell me I was a "lazy little $h!t" etc etc etc... just made me want to stay off even more :(
