Everyone's entitled to their opinion. In MY opinion, the two songs I've heard from Mika are the best I've heard in years and I'm not joking :lol: At this rate, his album could become my favourite of the year, and it's only January :lol:

I like the whole "Grace Kelly" song except for the falsetto at the chorus, but it'll eventually grow on me, lol.

Getting The Views album later this month, and may possibly buy the Kaiser Chiefs album, although i'm a bit reluctant after the last one annoyed me to death after a few listens ^_^

When it comes to "Employment", at the very beginning it was all joy and excitement about it, but after several listens I realised how weak the album was. I probably like the singles + a couple more songs ("Na Na Na Na Na" and "Saturday Night" anyone?). Anyways, that's what it puts me off about their new release, the fact that it might be lame except for the singles and some tracks.

I think 'Ruby' is growing on me though... thought it was pretty average the first couple of listens, and now it's getting stuck in my head regularly

I haven't even heard "Ruby" but I expect something great as it's a 'comeback' single.

Cool! Magick was great from the Klaxons too, they are relatively unique (like Mika). The View are more conventional, but damn good nontheless!

I agree with you there (about The View)... I must listen to "Magick", I've never heard it and about Mika, yeah, he's quite unique, he's different to any other artist in the business atm, I give him points for that!!! I know people will hate me for this, but I also like Just Jack :blush:
