Posted June 18, 200817 yr Ok, so the votes for both semi-finals are in. It was VERY close in both semi finals. I will now announce the countries that qualify in a random order. I will post one qualifying country from each semi per post, so it will take 13 posts to announce who is through. After announcing who is through, Estelle will perform Quotosibb's entry, "No Substitute Love" and the draw for the performance order will take place afterwards. Good Luck to all the participants!
