I rarely have a sig now actually. :o I don't know what to put there - it only ever seems to be ESC/BJSC-related, so when the next contest gets nearer I'll probably change it again. @D I would've Kate Bushified it but as we got pipped by one measley point I didn't bother.

You might as well do a Shilpa and put in your fave BB housemate :w00t:

I know. :arrr: Such an embarassment. :( No offence to Land of Jack or owt... and I don't watch Big Brothel this year. :smoke:

You can now vote for Torchwood's representative in the first post of the national thread... any opinions will help :D
I don't care if it's getting an August 11th release in the UK, I can't see it being that big anyway as Radio 1 haven't playlisted it [yet], but Velvet's 'Fix Me' is the new representative for Bhangra.
interesting choice David, will it be the (awful) UK radio edit or the (excellent) original version that was released in Sweden that you will be using?

The 2007 version definately. :o I only had that version downloaded, but having just listened to the 2008 UK version, I can say the original one is far superior, so it will be that one. ^_^

Herzebania has revealed its first artist: Becky Baeling.

Check out the national thread to see the potential songs and make sure to give your opinions!!

a lot of people prefer the UK version but I think its far too overproduced :puke2:

two of us sending contestants of Melodifestivalen 2008 then ^_^

Velvet was in 2006's Melodifestivalen too. :naughty: In comparison, Sweden's version is far better than the one we're getting imo - a bit like September's 'Cry for You' I suppose - I much preferred the original of that too.

I actually far prefer the UK version of Cry For You...the added bassline makes the melody stronger to my ears, especially in the bridge where she sings 'forever and ever'

Im confused. Do I pick a song and put it in here? :)

Help needed.

*TAAR muchly

Yeah you do. And you need to make up a country name and flag and $h!t and put that in the 'new countries confirmation' thread or something like that. :D
