i heard the freemasons mix of the one on radio one, tim westwood played it lmfao. do you think the freemasons mix will get added to the playlist? its such a great song, im going downloading it one more tme, just want it to stay top 40
It made #36.

:o i'm really suprised. At the start of the week i thought it would miss the chart completely

Not bad for no promotion, no video, no physical

although im happy the one has made top 40 im still a little disappointed that it missed top 30 my hopes were built up on wednesdays midweeks of number 27

i know it has done well considering the song has been screwed over and has no promotion, video, phyisical etc but im wondering is top 40 enough to convince them to release a phyisical?

i would hope so

the fact it made top 40 with nothing promoting it shows that kylie has loyal fans who love this song.

note - its one of only 3 songs by kylie that my mum loves and can actually remember the name of  the others are Where The Wild Roses Grow and YDNY

Funny how there are several comments about how this has had no promotion, depsite her being on a rather intense nationwide tour!!!

As has already been stated. Most people who went to the tour have it. And its hardly promotion becuase of it been sang on the tour. At no point has Kylie ever said "this is my new single" before singing it. So everyone will just think she is singing it becuase its from the album just as she is for every other album track. There has been zero promion what so ever except for average radio play. I think its done very well considering noone thought it woul dbe top 75 befre this week.

reading between th elines on this weeks sales report kylie sold in or around 4000 downlaods of the one
