i could NOT see a topic for the most amazing show in the world. so i thought i'd make one. it's still classed as being on now because its repeated like all the time. anywho, i loved it, what do you all think? whats your fave episode, character etc etc

Both Buffy and Angel were excellent series, i have the video box sets.

 

I did enjoy the show, and often watch repeats.

 

The villians were awesome: Glory, Caleb, Drucilla :wub:

I never really watched it, but that one where all them creatures were floating about smiling, and in silence was freaky :o

I used to love Buffy and Angel :wub:

 

I thought it got a a bit silly by the end of the 7th Season, but still loved it :wub:

 

Has anyone heard of the new Joss Whedon show Dollhouse?

i loved every episode, i have them all on video, all on the seperate dvd seasons and all in one combined dvd collection, i have the entire show 3 times lol. i was obsessed with it. it was amazing. i thinkn its probably the best tv show ever and still frequently watch my dvds with my mates. i would LOVE a buffy film, but as joss has started to continue buffy with season 8 in comics form its doubtful it will ever happen. season 8 is really good and still quite funny. buffy is just the best, ive not loved a show as much, although i loved alias, love supernatural (them guys are hot) and i love dexter! angel was another amazing show and i just need to re-watch both again. when i got with my bf i made him sit through the entire buffy series and angel series. he wasnt a fan until i made him watch them and h has respect for the show now, probably forced upon him by me lol, i also sat him through alias hehe. we both love dexter. yeah ive heard about doll house, if its joss (which it is lol) the script will be fantastic! who loves the buffy musical? me and my mates watch it everytime we sit in and get pissed with wine and sing, so much fun lol

As you can tell I am pretty obsessed and watch them constantly. I love the flow of it and the brilliant writing and acting that goes into the show. I definately think I lost touch of Buffy towards the end though - they kinda lost the plot after Season 5 with the brilliant Glory <333

My favourite episode I think has to either be the musical or 'Dopplegangland' :heehee:

Seriously they so should've gotten some more mileage out of her. She was one of the most featured villains but in the end after being pretty unstoppable all season I felt like she was pretty easy to overthrow though that probably had a lot to do with the fact she was more and more unhinged.

But yeah Glory was great, they didn't use her enough. They wasted the first few episodes of season five on Harmony and such -_-

 

And I agree with the ending it was totally random and strange; using a giant hammer to defeat Glory :wacko: She had the best fight scenes and her dialogue was excellent: "You hit me! What, are you crazy? You can't go around hitting people. What, were you born in a barn?" :lol: :wub:

Oh no my favourite was 'Is that why you've been playing sugar and spice with old Uncle Ben? Trying to get a peek at Glory's unmentionables?' Just something about the way that line was delivered tis a classic :lol:
