I'm not confident about this pairing but I'll keep an open mind and wait until I hear it.

It's turned out absolutely horrible. Not even just a bad Bond song, it's a bad song in general.

I'm not sure these suggestions of Beyonce or Leona would work for a Bond theme song. I've yet to hear this one, but it's not as if I'm in any great hurry to...

I don't think it's that bad really. Musically it's very good, and very Bond-esque. You can certainly tell the major Jack White influence on the track. The only problem I have with the track is when they sing together... it just sounds so awful. Jack White goes too high with his vocals, and I don't think it sounds right when pitched against Alica Key's vocals. It's a pretty good track apart from that really, but the chorus does sort of ruin the track a lot...

You are fairly close to my view.

 

Sonically it sounds great, but their harmonies don't work well together, but the tune has a great verse let down by a woeful chorus.

 

In short compared to Live & Let Die, Nobody Does It Better, Diamonds Are Forever; A View To A Kill or even Golden Eye it is second rate.

Even Goldeneye? Goldeneye is the best Bond theme of all. :wub: Live & Let Die is a close second.

Goldeneye is one of my faves too. :) And I agree, the music is the only thing I like about Another Way To Die.

It's okay. I wasn't expecting it to be fantastic though.

I like the track, very dark and as Rooney said, Bonde-esque. Bit of a poor vocal performance from Alicia though, but it's good good good production work from Jack White (which was expected, really). Nothing that strikes out for me though.

 

It sounds all messed up and unfortuentely its awful for me as Jack white ruins the song i think because Alicia has a great voice

I thought the last one was quite a bad Bong song but at least it was a good song :lol: This just sounds messy imo.
