I've seen the first movie and I really wasn't that impressed by it, seen trailers of the sequel, and it looks much better than the first movie, I might take a gander at this, as I do like Comic Book Heroes

the first one ruined a comic, i doubt this one will do any justice either.
I guess I'll look for a better movie, I thought this one is good to watch..
I watched it 3 weeks ago and almost forgot the movie, may watch it again
I may take a ganders at this but only if nothing else is released ;)

Sorry guys, but I have to say that I really enjoyed this film.... And I quite enjoyed the first Hellboy film as well... Although, this one is better because Del Toro has spent more time on giving us more of his wonderful creatures that look as if they fell out of Pan's Labyrinth.... And Ron Perlman is frankly fanstastic as Hellboy, more perfect casting you just cannot get, his deadpan sense of comic timing is just fantastic... Mike Mignola has had more involvement in this film, co-writing the story with Del Toro this time round, and you can see that this improves things....

I thought the first one is absolutely terrible if i'm being honest, and I convinced myself that I wouldn't watch the 2nd, but from the trailers and everything it does look really good actually, might be worth a watch.
I didn't see the first movie, but I thought the second one was...alright. It kept my attention, even though my friend was talking to me the whole time, but I've seen much better.

(...tho i wonder if Bros were famous enough in the States to get a flashback reference in Family Guy??? tho i suppose they will go with Kurt Valaquen instead   )

I was bored during this and took a quick power nap - But I enjoyed some bits but I did find it quite boring in most places.
So I went to see it the other night and actually loved it lol :( Regardless of never seeing the first one. And I totally fell in love with Abe.
