They were fairly succesful with 'In The Shadows' back in 2004.

Their new single is a really good slice of pop/rock actually, not sure how it will do though.

By "first song" are you referring to the first song that they released properly in the UK, because, trust me, their first song in reality sure as hell aint "In The Shadows"..... The Rasmus did something like FOUR albums in Finland before "Dead Letters".... And trust me when I say that their musical style and image was somewhat different, more Offspring or Green Day than HIM or Marilyn Manson....

I don't like the beginning :/ but all in all it is a good song.. Will probably have to give it another listen to see if I really like it. Haven't listened to them in ages! I have their first album and at the time I was totally addicted to their music :o
