Posted August 12, 200817 yr Was just wondering if someone could clear this up for me.. is Keane's new single 'Spiralling' Chart Eligible? I know it WAS a free download, but no it's NOT avaliable free anymore and it's avaliable for paid download, is that qualified? Mikal is telling me it's not, if so il just get my tissues out now  Was hoping someone could let me know ^_^

(Plus we all know that Radiohead's last album was pay what you want, and some people paid £0.00 for it.)
August 13, 200817 yr Only those that were paid for will count - I think that's pretty obvious. The paid downloads go through a site that contributes to the chart. I assume the free download was from their website and linked to a mailing list sign-up?
August 13, 200817 yr Based on the Coldplay situation I suspect that it will still be NCQ this week as it was still available for free until Monday
